Adani Group shares lose $22 billion
The market value of India’s Adani Group companies was wiped off about $22 billion in early trading on Thursday.
Shares of Adani Enterprises, the Adani group’s subsidiary, fell 10%.
Other companies in the group, including Adani Total Gas, Adani Green and Adani Power, plunged between eight and 20%.
The market value of Adani’s 10 listed companies fell to $147 billion.
