Wsm Announces Resignation and Appointment of a Board Member

WSM for Information Technology Co. (WSM) announced on Monday that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Khaled Hamoud Allahem from his position as a non-executive Board member, due to his unavailability for Board duties.

In his place, the Board has appointed Mr. Fahad Ibrahim Alaboud as an independent Board member, effective from October 13, 2024, until the end of the current Board’s term.

Mr. Fahad Alaboud brings over 21 years of financial and administrative experience across both the public and private sectors. He has previously served as chairman and member of several executive boards and committees. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University. Additionally, he has completed the Executive Development Program in the United States and has undergone numerous specialized training courses.
