“Tanmiah” appoints Tariq Al-Abbadi as BOD member

The Food Development Company announced the issuance of a decision by its Board of Directors to appoint Tariq Al-Abbadi as a member of the Board of Directors (non-executive member), to complete the current Board term, which ends on April 16, 2025.

Tareq Al-Abbadi currently holds the position of Head of Legal Affairs for Al-Dabbagh Group, and has extensive experience as a lawyer for private companies.

He also holds a consulting position for several companies affiliated with Al-Dabbagh Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and elsewhere.

On the academic level, Al-Abbadi obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jordan and a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Jordan, in addition to a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Kent – United Kingdom.

This comes in reference to the announcement of the Food Development Company published on the (Saudi Stock Exchange) website on September 30, 2024, regarding the announcement of any developments related to the appointment of a new member to the Board.
