Sinad Holding: Mediator’s Claim of SAR 5.2 Million Paid in Company’s Favour

Sinad Holding Co. announced on Tuesday that the mediator has paid the Company’s claim amounts of 5,239,441 riyals, in compliance with the ruling issued in favour of the Company.

This refers to the Company’s announcement published on the Tadawul website on June 18, 2023 regarding the latest developments in filing a lawsuit in the General Court in Riyadh against the mediator (the defendant), demanding to return of 5,239,441 riyals paid to the same as a mediator for the purchase of land north of Riyadh to the Company, as a result of the cation of the deed.
