Saudi Exchange lifts the suspension of trading Sadirat share

The Saudi Stock Exchange announced lifting the suspension of the Saudi Industrial Export Company share starting today, Tuesday, after the company announced the preliminary financial results for the period ending on June 30, 2024, based on the market powers stipulated in the listing rules.

This comes in reference to the Saudi Stock Exchange’s announcement dated 07/03/1446 AH corresponding to 10/09/2024 AD regarding the suspension of trading in the Saudi Industrial Exports Company share in the market starting from 07/03/1446 AH corresponding to 10/09/2024 AD due to its failure to publish its financial statements for the period ending on 06/30/2024 AD within the specified statutory period.
