“ProMedEx” obtains a financing agreement from “Riyadh Bank” worth 74.5 million riyals

Specialized Medical Services Company (ProMedEx) announced obtaining an Islamic financing agreement from Riyad Bank worth 74.5 million riyals to finance existing projects and expand business as follows:

6.5 million riyals bank guarantees.

22.5 million riyals bank credits.

45 million riyals Tawarruq limit.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the guarantees provided for the financing are:

– A promissory note provided by Specialized Medical Services Company.

– A promissory note provided by Al Omran Holding Company.
