Petro Rabigh Assembly Approves BOD Election for Next Term

The Board of Directors of Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh) announced on Thursday the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) to elect Board of Directors members from among the candidates for the next term, which begins on Nov. 03, 2024, lasts for three years, and ends on Nov. 02, 2027.

According to the Company, the Board of Directors members are as follows:

2. Eng. Hussain A. Al-Qahtani

3. Eng. Othman A. Al-Ghamdi

4. Mr. Tetsuo Takahashi

5. Mr. Noriaki Takeshita
