October 23: Petro Rabigh shareholders to vote on electing BOD members for next session

Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh) announced that its Board of Directors has invited shareholders to participate and vote in the upcoming Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, scheduled to take place remotely through Tadawulaty on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 6:30 PM. The agenda includes voting on the election of Board members from among the candidates for the upcoming term, which will commence on November 3, 2024, and run for three years, ending on November 2, 2027.
