Nvidia CEO joins list of world’s 10 richest people

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang’s fortune has risen to the top of the world’s 10 richest people for the first time in his history, according to Forbes’ live list of the world’s billionaires.

Huang’s net worth rose by $3.2 billion to $123.6 billion, surpassing former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer’s $122.4 billion fortune.

Ballmer swapped places with Huang to become the 11th richest person in the world, according to CNN.

Huang’s wealth is mostly concentrated in his 3.5 percent stake in Nvidia shares, which is estimated at $122.2 billion out of the company’s total value of $3.5 trillion.
