– Voting on Najran Cement Company purchasing a number of its shares, up to a maximum of 17 million shares, with the purpose of keeping them as treasury shares.

Electronic voting on the items of the assembly begins at 01:00 am on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2024, until the end of the Assembly’s Meeting time.
