NDMC closes October offering at 7.83 billion riyals

The National Debt Management Center announced the completion of receiving investor requests for the local issuance for October 2024 under the Saudi Arabian government sukuk program in Saudi riyals, where the total allocation size was set at 7.83 billion riyals.

According to the statement issued by the center, the issuances were divided into 5 tranches, the size of the first tranche amounted to 823 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2029 AD, the second tranche amounted to 320 million for sukuk maturing in 2031 AD, the third tranche amounted to 2.18 billion riyals for sukuk maturing in 2034 AD, the fourth tranche amounted to 1.43 billion riyals for sukuk maturing in 2036 AD, and the fifth tranche amounted to 3.07 billion riyals for sukuk maturing in 2039 AD.
