Mulkia Investment Company distributes dividends for REIT Fund

Mulkia Investment Company announced the distribution of cash dividends to Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund Unitholders for the period from July 1 to September 30, 2024. The total distribution amounts to SAR 8.3 million, equivalent to 0.95% of the fund’s net asset value.

According to the company, the number of units eligible for cash distributions is 103.7 million, with a dividend of SAR 0.08 per unit.

The distribution rate is based on the unit count as of September 30, 2024. Eligibility for the dividend will be determined as of October 30, 2024, with payment following thereafter.
