Lana BOD Amends Recommendation on Capital Increase

Lana Co. announced on Monday the issuance of a decision by the Board of Directors to amend the recommendation regarding the capital increase by granting free shares, indicating that the value of the capital increase will be paid using retained earnings of 17,473,710.00 riyals and the statutory reserve of 526,290.00 riyals.

This comes in reference to Lana’s announcement on July 22, 2024 on the Saudi Stock Exchange “Tadawul” website regarding the Board of Directors’ recommendation to increase the capital.
