GACO Delays General Assembly Meeting Due to Lack of Quorum

Al Gassim Investment Holding Company (GACO) announced on Thursday that the Extraordinary General Assembly (First And Second Meetings) will not be held on Wednesday, Oct. 30, due to lack of necessary quorum required for the meeting. The attendance rate for the First Meeting was 19.92% and the Second Meeting was 19.92%.

The company stated that based on this, it was decided to postpone the assembly and call for a third meeting that will be determined and announced later after obtaining the approval of the competent authorities, indicating that the Third Meeting will be held regardless of the number of shares with voting rights represented therein.
