Chairman of CMCER BOD Sells Part of Shares to Achieve Liquidity Requirement

The Canadian Medical Centre (CMCER) announced on Thursday that it received a letter from Mr. Khalid bin Mohammed Alammar, the company’s founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and one of its major shareholders, regarding the sale of part of his shares in the company in order to achieve the (liquidity requirement), which is one of the conditions for moving to the main market (TASI). As a result, a change in the list of major shareholders will be reflected.
