Cenomi Retail Opens 12 New Subway Branches in One Day

Cenomi Retail announced on Tuesday the opening of 12 new Subway branches across the Kingdom in one day, setting a new world record.

The new outlets are strategically located in Riyadh and Dammam, including four traditional restaurants, two non-traditional branches in corporate offices, and six cloud kitchens, all adopting the latest technologies.

According to the announcement published on “Tadawul”, the contribution from the new stores is expected to start in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024 onwards, with a payback period of less than 2.5 years, which is lower than the average of 3 years for the sector, with a revenue contribution estimated at approximately 13 million Saudi riyals.
