Bena Deposits Proceeds from Fractional Shares Sale into Shareholders Accounts

Bena Steel Industries Co. announced on Wednesday the deposit of the amounts resulting from the sale of fractional shares resulting from the increase in its capital, amounting to 1247.75 riyals, into the accounts of eligible shareholders. The Company indicated that the number of shares sold was 35 shares, while the average selling price was 35.65 riyals per share.

The proceeds from fractional shares sale were distributed by depositing the proceeds into the bank accounts associated with the investment accounts of the eligible shareholders.

This comes based on the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly held on Sep. 17, 2024.

The amounts of the sale of fractional shares will be deposited into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Oct. 16, 2024.
