Batic Announces Logistics Real Estate Projects of Subsidiary

Batic Investment and Logistics Co. announced on Tuesday the logistics real estate projects of its subsidiary (Batic Real Estate), which are as follows:

– Land in Al-Manakh District: Construction and development work has begun on the land owned by Batic Real Estate Co. in Al-Manakh District in Riyadh, with an area of 10,000 m2, where contractors have been contracted to build storage warehouses classified as high risk. The financial impact of the project is expected to appear in the fourth quarter of 2025.

– Land on Al Kharj Road: An agricultural project (construction) licence has been obtained from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture to build cooling and freezing warehouses with an area of 50,000 m2 on the agricultural land owned by Batic Real Estate Co., which has an area exceeding: 104,000 m2 and is located on the old Al Kharj Road in the south of Riyadh. The necessary licences for the project are being obtained from other relevant official authorities.

Batic Real Estate Co. is currently studying a number of investment opportunities in the real estate logistics sector, whether in purchasing and developing lands or acquiring real estate logistics projects in Riyadh.
