Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. announced on Sunday that its Board of Directors approved the distribution of SAR 2.8 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the fiscal year 2024, representing 12% of the nominal share value.
A total of 4.7 million shares are eligible for dividends, with a payout of SAR 0.60 per share. The dividend entitlement is for shareholders holding the company’s shares by the close of trading on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, and registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day after the eligibility date.
The dividend distribution will begin on Monday, November 4, 2024, via transfers to the accounts linked to the shareholders’ portfolios.
