Al Mohafaza Education Acquires Land in Hafr Al-Batin for SAR 3.4 Million

Al Mohafaza Company For Education announced the purchase of land from Mr. Salah bin Saleh Ibrahim Al-Muhaimid (a related party) measuring 1,596 square meters for SAR 3,430,000.

According to a statement published on Tadawul, the land is located in the Al-Khalidiya district of Hafr Al-Batin. The purchase was made through an electronic auction, with the contract awarded to Al-Muhafaza Education Company.

The company stated that this transaction is intended for development as an income-generating investment property. It also emphasized its commitment to pay the real estate transaction tax in accordance with regulations and anticipates an increase in asset value, expansion of operations, and growth in revenues.
