Al-Ashghal Al-Maysarah Obtains SAR 9.6 Million Credit Facilities from Al-Riyadh Bank

Al-Ashghal Al-Maysarah Co. announced on Thursday that it obtained the renewal and increase of credit facilities that comply with the provisions of Islamic Sharia from Al-Riyadh Bank. The facilities, worth 9.6 million riyals over 3 years, would cover the final letters of guarantee worth 8 million riyals and 1.6 million riyals for the purpose of financing the purchase of capital assets.

The Company stated in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the guarantees offered for the financing are represented by the guarantee of Eng. Sobhi Al-Jowair, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Jowair, CEO and Managing Director.
