A Memorandum of Cooperation Signed between the Kingdom and India in the Regulatory and Digital Field

The Communications and Space Technology Commission signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the Regulatory and Digital Field with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, on the sidelines of the World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA) held in the Indian city of New Delhi.

The memorandum aims to enhance cooperation between the two parties through a number of areas of joint cooperation, such as applying RegTech use cases, and presenting joint studies in the fields of infrastructure and digital regulatory principles.

The two authorities look forward to exchanging information and transferring knowledge in the communications and technology sector, and benefiting from the training programs provided by the Digital Regulatory Academy, in addition to continuing to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries, and developing relations in the fields of communications, space and technology to serve common interests.
