The list of airports that obtained the International Accreditation Certificate in Customer Experience included King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, Prince Abdulmohsen bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Yanbu, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Tabuk, Abha International Airport, Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Qassim, Hail International Airport, Taif International Airport, Arar International Airport, Najran International Airport, Al-Jawf International Airport, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Jazan, King Saud bin Abdulaziz Airport in Al-Baha, Wadi Al-Dawasir Airport, Al-Dawadmi Airport, Bisha Airport, Al-Qurayyat Airport, Sharurah Airport, Tarif Airport, and Rafha Airport.
The Airports Council International Customer Experience Accreditation Program is the only accreditation program in the airport sector that provides a comprehensive view of customer experience management review, and provides training opportunities for staff and stakeholders to gain experience and increase customer satisfaction. The program certificate is granted according to the level to airports that have been keen to communicate and listen to the opinions of travelers about the quality of services provided in various travel areas, and work on the continuous development and improvement of the traveler experience at all levels.
