Sumou Real Estate Signs SAR 7 Million Contract to Manage Infrastructure Development in Jeddah

Sumou Real Estate Company announced on September 25, 2024, that it has signed an agreement with Baitek Real Estate Company to manage the development of infrastructure for a land in Jeddah, covering an area of 707,254 square meters. The contract is valued at SAR 7 million in development fees.

The company stated on Tadawul that the project is expected to positively impact its financial results once the contract is finalized.
