Referring to Obeikan Glass Company’s announcement on 28/12/2023 regarding the Board of Directors’ decision to approve the company’s transfer from the parallel market (Nomu) to the main market, the company announces the republication of the 2023 Board of Directors’ Report encompassing all information required based on the relevant regulations.

The attached report has been prepared in compliance with the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, fulfilling the requirements for transitioning to the main market.
