Networkers BOD Recommends Transferring SAR 11.2 Million Statutory Reserve to Retained Earnings
Saudi Networkers Services Co. announced on Wednesday the Board of Directors’ Recommendation to the General Assembly the Approval of transferring the Company’s Statutory Reserve Balance of SAR 11.2 million, as reflected in the semi-annual financial statements ending June 30, 2024, to the Retained Earnings Balance.
