National Housing Company Contributes to Saudi Arabia Achieving 4th Place Globally in Digital Services

The National Housing Company (NHC) played a significant role to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia achieving fourth place globally in Digital Services, reflecting the substantial progress the Kingdom has made in e-government and digital transformation, thanks to the Saudi Vision 2030, under which the Kingdom also ranked first regionally and second among Group of Twenty (G20) countries in the Digital Services Index, highlighting its quality advancement in this field.
The NHC is the first company to lead the digital transformation of the real-estate sector in Saudi Arabia, managing and operating nine digital real-estate platforms that serve 10 million users, contributing to enhancing the efficiency and ease of real-estate transactions. The company handles 70% of real-estate transactions across the Kingdom and is a key player in the digitalization of the sector by providing innovative solutions that promote sustainability and contribute to building smart cities.
The NHC received a digital government business license, reflecting its commitment to developing and operating leading digital platforms, including the “Sakani,” “Ejar,” and “Mullak.” These innovative technological solutions facilitate the customer journey to home ownership and support government entities and related institutions in enhancing digital transformation.
Such efforts are part of the NHC’s endeavor to realize the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030, which aims at increasing housing supply, raising the homeownership rate among citizens to 70%, and promoting sustainability and innovation in the Saudi real-estate sector.
