Morabaha Marina Appoints Three Members to Audit Committee

Morabaha Marina Financing Company announced on Sunday that its Board of Directors, following the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of three members to the Audit Committee. The appointments will remain effective until the end of the current term on June 14, 2025.

The newly appointed members are:

1. Mr. Fahad Ali Al-Khulaiwi (Independent Member)
2. Mr. Nasser Mohammed Al-Qasabi (Member from within the Board)
3. Mr. Rayan Omar Al-Mufdi (Independent Member)
