MIS Signs Intent Letter with Saudi Data Fund to Expand DataCentres Capacity by SAR 2.5 Billion

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced on Tuesday the signing of an intent letter with BSF Capital on behalf of the Saudi DataCentre Fund 1 (the Fund) to expand Datacentres capacity by 64 Megawatt, with an estimated value ranging between SAR 1.95 billion up to SAR 2.5 billion, including VAT.

The Company stated today on Tadawul – Saudi Exchange that the intent letter aims to expand the Fund’s Datacentres capacity by up to 64 MW, noting that the effect of this intent letter remains in force for 90 days until both Parties reach a final agreement.
