Al-Sagr Insurance Receives Shareholder Request to Dismiss Two Board Members

Al-Sagr Insurance Co. announced on Thursday that it received a letter from a shareholder owning 10% of the company’s capital, requesting the convening of a General Assembly meeting to vote on the dismissal of two board members: Chairman Eng. Saud Al-Arefe (independent) and Board Member Dr. Yasser Al-Harbi (non-independent).

The company stated that it will take the necessary legal steps in response to the shareholder’s request and will announce any relevant developments in due course.
