Al-Rashed Industrial Company announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Abdul Aziz bin Saleh bin Abdullah Abakhail, a Non-Executive Member of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective September 22, 2024. The resignation was due to personal circumstances.
To fill the vacant position, the Board has appointed Mr. Abdullah bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Rabia as a new Board Member, effective from September 22, 2024. Mr. Al-Rabia will serve for the remainder of the current term, which ends on July 1, 2026.
