Tihama Appoints Saleh Al-Rasheed as Chairman of the Audit Committee

Tihama Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing Co. announced on Wednesday the Board of Directors’ decision No. (35) dated 09/02/1446 (corresponding to 13/08/2024) to appoint Mr. Saleh Ghadeer Al-Rasheed as a member of the Audit Committee. He will replace Mr. Hatem Ali Bargash, who resigned on 05/05/2024. Following this appointment, the Audit Committee has also named Mr. Saleh Ghadeer Al-Rasheed, a member of the Board of Directors, as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Saleh Ghadeer Al-Rasheed has a strong background as a founder and executive director in companies across the investment, food, and commercial sectors.
