“Tadawul” approves listing government debt instruments of a category previously listed at 6 billion riyals

Saudi Tadawul announced its approval of the request submitted by the Ministry of Finance to list debt instruments issued by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of a category previously listed in accordance with the listing rules, with a total value of (6,018,401,000) riyals, the following details:

1. Increase in issue No. 10-01-2019 (Tadawul Code: 5274) by 2,818,001,000 riyals to reach 18,620,184,000 riyals.
2. Increase in issue No. 07-04-2024 (Tadawul Code: 5343) by 1,991,700,000 riyals to reach 19,837,126,000 riyals.
3. Increase in issue No. 12-04-2024 (trading code: 5344) by 415,000,000 riyals to reach 8,341,856,000 riyals.
4. Increase in issue No. 10-01-2024 (trading code: 5338) by 152,000,000 riyals to reach 42,409,150,000 riyals.
5. Increase in issue No. 15-01-2024 (trading code: 5339) by 641,700,000 riyals to reach 7,728,102,000 riyals.

The increase will be included starting from Thursday 22/08/2024.
