Sumou Opens Nomination for BOD Membership for Next Session

Sumou Real Estate Company announced on Wednesday the opening of nomination for membership in the company’s Board of Directors for the next four-year term, which begins on December 24, 2024 and ends on December 23, 2028.

The company called on those willing to nominate themselves for the Board of Directors’ membership, who meet the membership conditions and criteria, to submit their nomination applications during the specified period from August 21 to September 20.

The company added that the nomination will be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law and its Implemented regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, in addition to the company’s bylaws, and policies and standards for the Board of Directors’ membership.

According to the company, the Board of Directors will be elected for the new session at the next General Assembly meeting, which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
