September 18.. Abo Moati Votes on BOD Authorization for Semi-Annual or Quarterly Interim Profits Distribution

The Board of Directors of Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati for Bookstores Company invited shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) on September 18.

According to the company, the meeting items will be as follows:

1. Reviewing and discussing the Board of Director Report for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2024;

2. Voting on the auditor report on the Company accounts for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2024, after discussing it;

3. Reviewing and discussing the financial statements for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2024.

4. Voting on appointing an auditor of the Company accounts from among the candidates based on the Audit Committee recommendation to examine, review, and audit the financial statements for the second and third quarters of 2024, the fourth quarter of 2025, the annual period from April 01, 2024 to March 31, 2025, and the first quarter ending on June 03, 2025, and set their fees.

5. Voting on paying an amount of 900 thousand riyals as an annual remuneration to the Board of Directors members for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2024.

6. Voting on authorizing the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2025.
