Saudi Fisheries Restructures Audit Committee

Saudi Fisheries Company announced that the Board of Directors, on August 18, 2024, approved the restructuring of the Audit Committee. The reconstituted committee will serve until the end of the current Board’s term, which concludes on October 24, 2026.

Committee Members Before Restructuring:

1. Dr. Suleiman Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri (Chairman – from outside the Board)

2. Eng. Saeed Abdullah Al-Muaither (Independent Member)

3. Mr. Ali Ayed Al-Qahtani (Member – from outside the Board)

Committee Members After Restructuring:

1. Dr. Suleiman Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri (Chairman – from outside the Board)

2. Eng. Saeed Abdullah Al-Muaither (Independent Member)

3. Mr. Abdulelah Muhammad Al-Wabil (Independent Member)

The newly appointed member, Mr. Abdulelah Muhammad Al-Wabil, holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investment from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. He has experience in the banking, finance, and investment sectors, particularly in credit risk analysis, financial analysis, and investment market research. Mr. Al-Wabil currently works as a credit risk analyst at Al Rajhi Capital. His membership in the committee began on August 18, 2024.
