Saudi Aramco distributes 76.06 billion riyals in basic dividends for Q2

Saudi Aramco announced the distribution of basic dividends to shareholders for the second quarter of 2024, in line with the company’s dividend distribution policy, which aims to distribute sustainable and increasing dividends. In addition, Saudi Aramco announced the fifth distribution of performance-related dividends to shareholders based on the full annual results for 2022 and 2023.

The total amount distributed is SAR 116.45 billion (USD 31.05 billion), including:

Basic dividends SAR 76.06 billion (USD 20.28 billion)

Performance-related dividends SAR 40.39 billion (USD 10.77 billion)

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 241.8 billion shares at SAR 0.4815 per share, including:

Basic dividends, with a share of SAR 0.3145

Performance-related dividends, with a share of SAR 0.1670

The entitlement will be on August 20, for shareholders who own shares and are registered with the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date, indicating that the distribution date will be August 29, 2024.
