SARCO Approves Amendment of BOD Remuneration Regulations

Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (SARCO) announced on Thursday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (Third Meeting), which included approval of amending the Board of Directors and Executive Management remuneration regulations, and amending the Audit Committee regulation.

The meeting also approved increasing the fees of the company’s auditors by an amount of 120 thousand riyals based on the Audit Committee’s recommendation.
