SAPTCO Elects 7 Board Members for New Term

Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) announced on Monday that its Ordinary General Assembly has approved the election of seven members to its Board of Directors for a three-year term starting on January 1, 2025, and ending on December 31, 2028. The newly elected board members are:

• Eng. Khaled Bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail
• Mr. Baker Bin Abdulrahman Almuhana
• Mr. Walid Bin Abdurahman Alhabib
• Mr. Yaser Bin Sulaiman Aldawood
• Dr. Saud Bin Mohammed Alnimir
• Mr. Fadi Bin Saleh Al-Buhairan
• Mr. Adel Bin Abdulaziz Al Shadi

The assembly also approved amendments to the charters of both the Remuneration and Nominations Committee and the Audit Committee.
