Luberef distributes 605.7 million riyals in cash dividends for H1

Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company – Luberef announced the Board of Directors’ decision to approve the distribution of 605.7 million riyals in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2024, equivalent to 36% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends amounted to 168.2 million shares, at a rate of 3.6 riyals per share.

The eligibility for dividend distribution to shareholders will be on October 1, 2024, while dividends will be disbursed on October 15, 2024.

The company calls on its shareholders to quickly update their data and ensure that their bank account numbers are linked to their investment portfolios to ensure that their dividends are deposited in their bank accounts on the distribution day.
