Jadwa REIT Al Haramain to Distribute SAR 13.2 Million in Cash Dividends for H1

Jadwa Investment Company announced on Sunday the distribution of SAR 13.2 million in cash dividends to unitholders of Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund for the first half of 2024. This represents 2.61% of the fund’s net asset value.

The cash distributions will be made on 66 million existing units, at a rate of SAR 0.20 per unit. Eligibility for the cash dividends will be determined by the unitholders’ register as of August 27, 2024.

Jadwa Investment also stated that the dividends will be disbursed within 20 business days from the due date.
