GAS BOD to distribute 23.6 million riyals in cash dividends for H1

GAS Arabian Services Company announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute 23.6 million riyals in interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2024 AD, equivalent to 15% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares entitled to dividends amounted to 157.5 million riyals at a rate of 0.15 riyals per share.

The eligibility will be on August 22 for shareholders registered with the Deposit Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and the dividends will be distributed on September 4, 2024.

The company also announced the recommendation of its Board of Directors to the General Assembly to approve the transfer of the company’s entire statutory reserve, totaling 36,867,936 Saudi riyals as in the financial statements ending on 12/31/2023 AD, to the retained earnings item.
