Dallah Health distributes 48.7 million riyals in cash dividends for Q2

Dallah Healthcare Company announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute 48.7 million riyals in interim cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter of 2024, equivalent to 5% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends amounted to 97.5 million shares, with a share of 0.50 riyals per share, and the dividends will be disbursed on September 8, 2024.

As for the eligibility of dividend distributions for shareholders who own shares, it will be at the end of trading on Sunday, August 25, and who are registered in the company’s shareholders’ register at the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
