Cenomi Retail Enters Negotiations for Fashion Brand Combination

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Company (Cenomi Retail) announced on Monday that it has entered into negotiations with a leading international fashion retailer regarding a potential significant transaction involving the combination of certain fashion brands.

The company stated that any material developments will be announced in due course, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Cenomi Retail has appointed Lazard as its financial advisor and AS&H Clifford Chance as its legal advisor for these discussions.
