Care Reports 45% Increase in Q2 Profit to SAR 69.4 Million

The National Medical Care Company (Care) announced on Thursday a 45.4% increase in net profit for the second quarter of 2024, reaching 69.4 million riyals compared to 47.7 million riyals in the same quarter of the previous year. This announcement followed the release of preliminary financial results for the period ending June 30, 2024.

Operating profit for the second quarter grew to 65.1 million riyals, an 18.2% increase from 55 million riyals in the same quarter last year.

Total ownership rights, excluding non-controlling interests, rose to 1.5 billion riyals during the six-month period, compared to 1.3 billion riyals in the same period last year, marking a 13.9% increase.

Earnings per share for the current period reached 3.36 riyals, up from 2.32 riyals in the same period last year.
