ANB distributes 1.3 billion riyals in cash dividends for H1, 2024

Arab National Bank announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute 1.3 billion riyals in interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2024, equivalent to 6.5% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends amounted to two million shares at 0.65 halalas after deducting zakat.

The bank explained that the Saudi Central Bank’s non-objection to the Board’s decision to distribute interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2024 was obtained.

The eligibility will be on August 11, for shareholders who own shares and are registered with the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and the dividends will be distributed on August 21, 2024.
