Al Khaleej Training and Education inks SAR 29.2 mln contract with Tawuniya for employee medical insurance

Al Khaleej Training and Education Co. announced on Tuesday it has signed a contract with Tawuniya Insurance to provide medical insurance services to its employees and their families, a related party transaction, valued at SAR 29.19 million, excluding VAT. The contract is set for a duration of one year, starting from September 2024.

The company disclosed in a statement on the Saudi Exchange today that the financial impact of this agreement will be reflected in its financial results for the 2024/2025 fiscal year.
