Al Hammadi distributes 56 million riyals in cash dividends for Q2

Al Hammadi Holding Company announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute 56 million riyals in cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2024, equivalent to 3.5% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends amounted to 160 million shares, at 0.35 riyals per share, with eligibility on Sunday, August 11, 2024.

The dividends will also be distributed through the Securities Depository Center, which will transfer the dividends to investment accounts on August 21, 2024.
