Al Arabia BOD recommends increasing the number of members

Al Arabia Technical Contracting Company announced the issuance of a recommendation by the company’s board of directors to amend the company’s bylaws to add one additional seat to the company’s board of directors, bringing the total number of board seats to seven.

According to the company, this step aims to introduce more diversity in experiences and expand the scope of skills and opinions in the board of directors, as the company prepares to enter a new promising phase of growth and expansion.

It indicated that it will obtain the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities and present this recommendation at the upcoming extraordinary general assembly meeting, which will be announced later.
