Ajlan & Bros Group acquires 3.8 million sqm of land worth 1.3 billion riyals southwest Riyadh

The well-known businessman Ajlan Al Ajlan revealed to (Maaal) that Ajlan & Bros Group acquired a plot of land in southwest Riyadh with an area of ​​3.8 million square meters, worth 1.3 billion riyals.

Al Ajlan confirmed that the group acquired the land today and will build 6,000 residential units in the plan, in addition to other commercial services such as commercial markets, offices and exhibitions, noting that it will immediately begin planning for the site, which is expected to be completed within 5 months, while the infrastructure work is likely to be completed within 24 months.

He explained that the plan will be developed in a model manner so that it includes all services including water, electricity, sewage, lighting, sidewalks, asphalt, gardens, and other services that provide quality of life for residents. Pointing out that the site is distinguished by its strategic location, as it is located on Imam Muslim Road, which is 100 meters wide, in addition to other main streets with a width of 60 meters, and near some vital government sectors, in addition to its proximity to the sports stadium, which will be one of the stadiums that will host the 2034 World Cup, and was announced yesterday as part of the Kingdom’s file to host the tournament.
